We want you to be happy with your video. Here’s exactly how refunds work at Starring.
You always preview before you pay
Every purchase begins with a free, watermarked preview of yourself in the scene. You only pay once you’ve seen it, which removes most of the risk before any money changes hands.
Failed generations are refunded automatically
If a paid render fails, we retry it and fall back to an alternate engine. If it still cannot complete, we automatically refund the credit to your account and email you — no action needed. You can re-use that credit on any template.
Not happy with the result?
If you’re unsatisfied with a delivered video, contact us within 14 days at support@starring.video. We handle reasonable requests generously, typically with a refund or a replacement credit.
Credits
- Purchased credits never expire.
- Unused credits from a pack can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
- Refunds are issued through our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, to your original payment method.
Abuse
We may decline refunds in cases of evident abuse (e.g. repeated downloads followed by refund requests, or violations of our Acceptable Use Policy).
